1.  ในกรณีลุกค้าติดตั้งเอง หมวดเครื่องกรองน้ำรับประกัน 3 เดือน หมวดอุปกรณ์อะไหล่ไฟฟ้ารับประกัน 3 เดือน หมวดสารกรอง ไส้กรองน้ำ หลอดUVไม่รับประกันสินค้า นับจากวันสั่งซื้อ 

1.1 กรณีเครื่องกรองน้ำมีปัญหา ลูกค้าสามารถทำเองได้ บริษัทจะสอนวิธีการซ่อมและส่งอะไหล่ไปให้
1.2 กรณีลูกค้าไม่สามารถซ่อมเองได้ และให้ช่างบริษัทออกดำเนินการซ่อม นอกสถานที่ ลูกค้าต้องรับผิดชอบ ค่าเดินทาง ค่าแรงช่าง บริษัทจะรับผิดชอบในส่วนอะไหล่ที่เสียหายตามเงื่อนใข ข้อ.1
1.3 กรณีลูกค้าซ่อมเองไม่ได้และต้องการส่งเครื่อง มาให้บริษัทซ่อม ลูกค้าต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายขนส่งเอง บริษัทจะรับผิดชอบในส่วนอะไหล่ที่เสียหายตามเงื่อนใข ข้อ.1


2 . ในกรณี ที่บริษัทติดตั้ง หมวดเครื่องกรองน้ำรับประกัน 1 ปี หมวดอุปกรณ์อะไหล่ไฟฟ้ารับประกัน6 เดือน หมวดสารกรอง ไส้กรองน้ำ หลอดUV ไม่รับประกันสินค้า นับจากวันสั่งซื้อ
2.1 กรณีเครื่องกรองน้ำมีปัญหา  บริษัทออกดำเนินการนอกสถานที่  ให้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ  ตามเงือนใขประกัน ข้อ2


อะหนึ่ง ภัยที่เกิดจากอัคคีภัย น้ำท่วม ภัยธรรมชาติทุกชนิดฯ ไม่รับประกันทุกกรณี

หมายเหตุ การรับประกันสินค้า โดยยึดจากการใช้งานจริง ทั้งนี้บริษัทไม่สามารถรับประกันได้ทุกกรณี ดังนั้นการรับประกันสินค้าที่บริษัทพิจารณาแล้วไม่เหมาะสมกับการรับประกัน  ให้ถือว่าการตัดสินใจบริษัทเป็นอันสิ้นสุด หลังจากลูกค้าสั่งซื้อสินค้า ให้ถือว่าลูกค้ายอมรับเงื่อนใข ต่างๆ ในการรับประกันสินค้าของบริษัทเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว,
